We're Biggpoppa Popcorn (two g's, one word) - the original gourmet popcorn company serving the DMV since 2008. Look for our distinctive circular logo with "Est. 2008"!
Why two g's? What does "Double the Good" mean?
Great question! Our name has TWO g's because we believe in double the good:
- ✅ Two generations building this legacy (started by parents, now led by their children)
- ✅ Two g's in our name (that's how you know you found the right place!)
- ✅ Double the care in every batch we fire-pop
- ✅ Double the flavor - gourmet kettle corn AND specialty popcorn

Where are you located?
We're based in Landover, Maryland, serving the DMV area (DC, Maryland & Virginia) since 2008.
You can find us at:
- College Park Farmers Market (Saturdays, seasonal)

- Corporate events and private parties throughout the DMV
We are NOT located in Tennessee - we're your local Maryland gourmet kettle corn & popcorn maker!
Ordering & Shipping
How fresh is your popcorn?
VERY fresh! We don't keep inventory sitting around. Each order is made fresh after you place it and ships within 1-2 business days. You're getting popcorn that's days old, not weeks or months.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all 50 US states using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders $50 and over ship free automatically. The discount applies at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Products & Ingredients
What makes your popcorn different?
Our signature fire-popping method! We use the traditional open-flame technique that's been used for generations. It gives our popcorn a distinctive flavor and crunch you won't find in mass-produced popcorn.
Is your popcorn vegan?
Most of our flavors are vegan! The only exceptions are Biggpoppa Mix and Cheddar Cheese (contains real cheese). All other flavors are 100% plant-based.
Is your popcorn gluten-free?
Yes! All our flavors are gluten-free. Popcorn is naturally gluten-free, and we don't add any gluten-containing ingredients.
Do you use non-GMO popcorn?
Yes, we use only non-GMO kernels. Quality starts with the kernel, and we won't compromise.
What about allergens?
Our facility processes dairy (cheese). While we clean thoroughly between batches, if you have severe dairy allergies, please be aware of potential cross-contamination. All major allergens are listed on product pages and labels.
How long does popcorn stay fresh?
Our popcorn is best within 2-3 weeks of receipt for maximum freshness. The resealable bags help maintain freshness. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and remove excess air from bag before resealing.
What's the difference between your kettle corn and popcorn?
Great question! We make both:

Bundles & Custom Orders
How do the "Build Your Own" bundles work?
Simple! Add the bundle to your cart, then at checkout, use the "Order Notes" field to tell us which 3 flavors you want. For example: "Salted Caramel, Kettle Corn, Sweet Mesquite"
What if I want more than 3 bags?
Perfect! You can order multiple 3-packs or mix individual bags with bundles. You can also order the Biggpoppa Sampler, which has a variety of the bestsellers and signature flavors. For very large orders (10+ boxes), contact us for potential bulk pricing.
Can I split a bundle between different sizes?
The Build Your Own bundles come in either all Snack Size or all Share Size. If you need a mix of sizes, just order individual bags - you'll still get free shipping on orders $50+.
Do you do custom flavors for events?
We can discuss! For large event orders (50+ bags), contact us at hello@biggpoppa.com to discuss custom flavors or packaging.

Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?

Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?
Currently, products ship in their individual bags. We're working on premium gift packaging options! For now, the sampler pack makes an excellent ready-to-gift option.

Returns & Quality
What if I'm not satisfied?
We stand behind every bag we make. If there's a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away. We want you to receive perfect popcorn!
